Return Policy


At Ikka Dukka we believe in building long lasting relationships with our customers by enhancing their shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and lies at the core of our company ethos. We have taken great care to create a user friendly site, swift delivery, premier packaging and carefully selected quality products. We want you to love your shopping experience with us so if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days to return items (7 days for Jewellery, no returns on earrings & skincare products for hygiene reasons) from your order and we will happily arrange a refund.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Ikka Dukka address : Ireland - Kilconnell, Ballinasloe Co. Galway, Ireland. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the IKKADUKKA box is properly protected with the plastic bag provided, if parcel is received in the Ikka Dukka box. 

Not all products are eligible for returns. Please ensure you have checked return policy for goods ordered.

  • Return outside the 14 day window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn or unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging, with all IKKADUKKA.COM and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at along with an image of the damaged item. If we are informed about the damage after the 24 hour window, return may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Ikka Dukka.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.


Please note that there are no refunds for sale items unless the product is faulty.
